第二届国际摄影丽水榜评选结果揭晓
国际摄影丽水榜是由丽水摄影博物馆主办的一项国际性学术评选活动。2023年，国际摄影大师斯蒂芬·肖尔成为首届上榜艺术家，并参加了同步举办的2023丽水摄影节一系列活动。2025年10月，主办方正式公布第二届国际摄影丽水榜评选结果，德国著名摄影艺术家托马斯·鲁夫从候选人中脱颖而出，成功上榜。
本次活动评选邀请了来自中国、美国、英国、瑞士及日本五个国家的9位具有资深专业背景的专家评委参与。评委们依据艺术家的个人成就、学术影响力、文化背景、国籍身份等多重标准，对受到推荐的全球知名摄影艺术家和本人自荐摄影师进行了认真评选，最终一致推选托马斯·鲁夫为本届上榜者。
评委们一致认为，托马斯·鲁夫的艺术成就非凡，他在过往四十余年的创作生涯里，持续对摄影媒介展开哲学性追问与系统性剖析。他不断挑战摄影边界，深入探索着图像的生成机制、技术属性与观看之道，为全球当代影像实践提供了宝贵的方法论启示，其个人成就和全球影响力完全符合该项荣誉的授予。
受活动主办方邀请，托马斯·鲁夫将于11月到访丽水，于丽水摄影节期间同步举办其个人作品回顾展、专题讲座及专题研讨会等一系列活动。此举将进一步促进国际摄影艺术的深度对话与交流。
The International Photography Lishui Award, established by the Lishui Photography Museum, is an international academic prize. The inaugural honoree in 2023 was American photographer Stephen Shore, who took part in events during the Lishui Photography Festival. In October 2025 the organizers announced the results of the second International Photography Lishui Award, naming the acclaimed German photographer Thomas Ruff as the laureate.
A jury of nine senior experts from China, the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Japan conducted a rigorous selection. The jury evaluated candidates based on a range of criteria, including artistic achievement, academic influence, cultural background, and nationality. Ultimately, German artist Thomas Ruff was selected as the award recipient.
The jury unanimously recognized Thomas Ruff's exceptional contributions to contemporary photography. Over a career spanning more than forty years, Ruff has persistently conducted philosophical inquiries and systematic analyses of the medium of photography. He has constantly challenged the boundaries of photography, delving deeply into the generation mechanisms, technical attributes, and ways of seeing images. Through his sustained experimental practice he has offered important methodological insights to contemporary image practice worldwide, and his achievements and international influence fully merit this honor.
At the invitation of the Lishui Photography Museum, Thomas Ruff will visit Lishui in November 2025 to attend a series of events, including a solo exhibition, a lecture, and a seminar.
